In order to promote a serene environment, where all our customers can be productive, we ask that everyone please observe the following rules and guidelines:

• Once you arrive on site you must check in with the reception desk. You will be called when a workstation becomes available, and you may sit at any vacant workstation.
• While indoors, cell phones and pagers must be set on vibrate.
• Any cell phone conversations or conversations between customers must be taken outside to one of our patio areas.
• You may bring outside food and drink.
• Please limit yourself only to the coffee you can actually drink. If you require assistance with the coffee machine, please ask an associate at the front desk.
• If you wish to listen to music, we ask that you use headphones.
• When not using our Bose Noise reduction headphones please turn off the power.
• If you need assistance with your Aeron chair please see an associate.
• When using the communal computer please limit your use to 10 minutes if others are waiting. Our communal computer is not hooked up to a printer, and neither are any of the workstations.
• When you are done using theOffice™ please check out at the front desk.
• Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited indoors. Though you may smoke cigarettes outside, you may not consume liquor or smoke pipes, cigars or any narcotic substances.
